Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Johan Egerkrans Shop (Sidung Witkowski AB) — at teamegerkrans@gmail.com — of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any standard delivery costs (but not additional costs if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive type we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

Exceptions — Non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As our books and prints are hand-signed by the artist and therefore personalized, they may fall outside the standard right of withdrawal. Please contact us at teamegerkrans@gmail.com if you have questions about your specific order.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to sale items or gift cards.


Returns (customers outside the EU)

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at teamegerkrans@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.
